Our team holds degrees from top law schools and years of experience practicing at leading law firms. We grinded over logic games while studying for the LSAT, cringed over the Socratic method, got a little too drunk at summer associate events, spent late nights drafting and marking up documents, and engaged recruiters while changing firms as associates. The Biglaw pipeline and ecosystem is all we know.

There are two prongs to our strategic outreach methods: (a) identifying the right targets and (b) optimizing our submission package.

(a) It’s our job to digest our attorney clients’ wants and needs and take the time to pinpoint the groups with the most potential for a quality fit. We always deliver a diligence package that includes actionable and tailored intel surpassing law firm rankings that anybody can look up on their own.

(b) Of course, we have a robust database of resume and deal sheet precedent and will ensure the same will set our clients up for success. But that’s basic stuff. The content of what we say to our target firms is what really makes a difference, and our representation balances authenticity with zeal.

5. Thoughtful Negotiation

All recruiters should act as a go-between such that attorneys never have to negotiate material terms with their (potential) future employer. The reality is that many agents shirk this responsibility and don’t design a process that will lead to successful negotiation.
